And so it––grows

Today my daughter told me that I was “so much bigger,” so I thought I’d post a new picture of me and my ever expanding tummy. I wish it was just my tummy, but I need to include my ass and boobs in that statement as well I suppose. Oh the joys of motherhood and pregnancy. I am getting really excited to meet our little boy who I was told was already 10 ounces. That is 3 ounces larger than the average baby at 19 weeks. Awesome. I assume my labor is going to be another record breaker. That being said, it’s an army town and the OB’s are on the C-section rampage here. It’s a little odd.

I find myself missing Vermont these days, not the weather so much, but I do miss my friends. I am enjoying staying home with my girl and playing with her dollhouses and practicing our numbers and ABC’s. Yes, it keeps me fresh too! She just tried on a costume jewelry necklace and said, “Elsa’s so pretty. So pretty.” I just love it. She cracks me up. Each and every day, regardless of how tired or cranky I am, she makes me laugh.

Well, this is more of a ramble, but I wrote something nonetheless. Does it count? Does anything count these days?

  1. It counts! You may be expanding, but you look beautiful! Keep writing – it makes it feel like you aren’t so far away. Love you lady!
